Welcome to Chaseville Consulting.  My name is Sue Miles and I established Chaseville in 2009 to help professional service organisations create greater business success through their people.

I have over 20 years of experience in professional services, previously operating at Partner level at a Top 5 Consultancy in the construction and property sector.  I now help organisations identify what their business needs in terms of people development and then craft a bespoke solution to deliver performance improvement.

I am Chester based and work across the UK as a Consultant to large corporates and SMEs.
