I set up Chaseville in 2009 to support organisations in the design and delivery of their people developmetn projects.
I started my working life as a Quantity Surveyor but, after qualifying (MRICS), quickly moved into broader ‘people and project management’ roles, focusing on operational management and business performance. I joined Built Asset Consultancy, EC Harris LLP in 1999 during a period of rapid growth and my work there led to a Partner position in 2004. I represented the business at Henley Business School’s Knowledge Management Forum, have appeared in The London Evening Standard Business pages and have written on people management issues in the press.
My operational experience covers project management, cultural change, strategic marketing, business plan creation, leading Information & Research and Learning & Development teams, programme management and implementation of Key Performance Indicators.
